If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Doings Data Sub.

Eligibility & Account Registration
To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You must not have a previously suspended or terminated account on our platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your sole responsibility. Notify us immediately via WhatsApp if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts that we believe contain false or misleading information.

Our Services
Doings Data Sub provides a range of Value-Added Telecommunication (VTU) and digital services including but not limited to:
Mobile data bundles (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile)
Airtime top-up for all Nigerian networks
Cable TV subscriptions (DSTV, GOTV, StarTimes)
Electricity bill payments (all DISCOs)
WAEC, NECO, and JAMB result checker PIN purchases
Identity verification services (NIN, BVN lookup)
CAC business registration support
API access for developers and resellers
Service availability may vary and is subject to the operational status of third-party providers (telecom networks, utility companies). We will communicate any planned downtime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
โ ๏ธ Transaction delivery times depend on third-party network providers. While most transactions are instant, delays may occasionally occur. Contact support if a transaction is pending for more than 30 minutes.

Wallet, Payments & Refunds
Doings Data Sub operates a digital wallet system. You must fund your wallet before purchasing any service. The following rules apply:
Funding: Wallets can be funded via bank transfer to your assigned virtual account, card payments, or other approved channels.
Transactions: All purchases are deducted from your wallet balance. You are solely responsible for ensuring sufficient balance before initiating transactions.
Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails after funds have been deducted, the amount will be automatically reversed to your wallet within 24 hours.
Refunds: Refunds for completed successful transactions are not guaranteed as services are delivered instantly. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction.
Withdrawals: Wallet funds are not redeemable for cash. Balances can only be used for services on our platform.
Pricing: Service prices may change without prior notice due to changes in network provider rates.
๐ณ Never fund your wallet through unofficial channels. Only use the virtual account number assigned to your profile.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Doings Data Sub platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension:
Using the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer, or hack the platform.
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or gain unfair advantages.
Sharing login credentials or selling account access to third parties.
Using our API in violation of rate limits or for purposes not approved by us.
Attempting to manipulate pricing, wallet balances, or transaction records.
Using the platform to launder money or fund illegal activities.
Distributing spam or malicious content through our platform.
๐ซ Any confirmed fraudulent activity will be reported to relevant Nigerian authorities including the EFCC and NPF. Funds involved may be frozen pending investigation.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Doings Data Sub platform โ including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, user interface, and software โ is the exclusive intellectual property of Doings Data Sub or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Our brand name, logo, and trademarks may not be used in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our approval.
API users and resellers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our services as specified in their agreement.

Limitation of Liability
Doings Data Sub provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, third-party network failures, or force majeure events.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our platform.
Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in dispute.
We do not guarantee that services provided by third-party networks (telecom companies, utility providers) will be error-free.
You agree to use the platform at your own risk and to hold Doings Data Sub harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service.

Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account under the following circumstances:
Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
Providing false information during registration or verification.
Failure to comply with regulatory or legal requirements.
Non-payment of outstanding fees (for resellers or API users).
Upon termination, your wallet balance will be reviewed. Where applicable, valid remaining balances may be refunded after deducting any outstanding fees, at our discretion. You may also request voluntary account deletion from our Delete Account page.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of our platform:
Contact our support team via WhatsApp within 48 hours of the disputed transaction.
Provide your transaction ID, account details, and a clear description of the issue.
We will investigate and respond within 3โ5 business days.
Unresolved disputes may be escalated to relevant Nigerian regulatory bodies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes:
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
We will notify registered users via email or in-app notification for significant changes.
Continued use of our platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
